Shredding, getting ripped, getting cut whatever you call it. It’s just the process of cutting fat without losing muscle mass. This can be very tricky, but doable with mental toughness and dedication. This program will be hypertrophy based, along with cardio, proper diet and rest.
12 week customized Maximus Strong Strongman program $100
The Strongman programs will focus on pushing you to your absolute limits, with unconventional objects. I look at this as functional training. Strongman training is a mixer of all the programs and then some. The strength builder program will focus on your compound movements, very similar to powerlifting but not as militant. You’ll have a bigger array of exercises customized to your strength goals.
